Family owned for more than 400 years, Famille Fabre has 14 generations of heritage and tradition as four family owned and managed the Châteaux.

Famille Fabre as a dedicated team in France with 30 people from grapes to wineshops and restaurants. They are continuously improving their techniques for a organic agriculture - less sulfites, better for the health.

The Châteaux have a large and diverse range of wines: more than 25 references to satisfy your customer and offer them a complete list. From Rose, Red, White, to IGP Oc, Coteaux d’Ensérune, AOC Corbières, Cru Corbières-Boutenac, Sweet wines, Fortified Wines they have a complete range for restaurant, relevant White/ Red/ Rose.

Domaine de LUc Cote Haute Sauvignon

  • Soil & Sub-Soil: Limestone is the dominant soil which make structured wines
  • Situation & Exposure: Sunny and windy which makes fruity and hot wines
  • Vine density per hectare: 60
  • Average age of vines: 20
  • Vignification: Night harvest to preserve the aromatic potential. The juice is allowed a short period of contact with skins to emphasis aromas, followed by a slow pressing. Low temperature vinification in tanks. 
  • Maturing: N/A 
  • Ageing: 1 year
  • Tasting Notes: Color: Pale crystal with green highlights. Nose: A nose of boxwood, grapefruit and exotic fruit. Mouth: On the palate, the mouthfeel is lively, explosive of tropical fruit, with flavors of pineapple and passion fruit. The finish has notes of lemon and mineral.

  • Tasting Notes: Color: Garnet with purple reflections. Nose: Minty nose of black candied fruits. Mouth: Full-bodied palate of red fruits. Beautifully balanced finish, with silky tannins.
